
See below an example of our first session in our Junior 8 week Level One programme where each session follows the same pattern of learning through a combination of externally focused skills, drills and gamefication proven to accelerate the learning process.

Eye Dominance Test
Our first drill is a simple putting path drill where two yellow rulers help you to control the path and direction of your stroke. with the red ruler helping you to control the ball position while utilising a good hold and use of your dominant eye for both correct alignment and a proper visual focus. Putting Path Drill

This fun drill will help you to learn how to control the important aspect of distance control when putting. Starting with a simple putting 'T' Drill layout and four coloured rulers laid out to mark specific distance zones. Watch the video below.
Putting Ladder Drill
This fun game will test the two skills you have been working on in drills 1 & 2 and see how well you have mastered the required skills to send the ball on its starting line so that it avoids making contact with either side of the raised barriers which form the gap. Watch the video below.

Putting Mind The Gap Game
Have some fun as you test your memory about what colours each of the rulers were that were used to perform each of your practice drills and game in session one.
When you sign up for level one you will receive your Yellow Level One Baseball Cap plus a Yellow Ruler with a QR code which when scanned will take you to 10 FREE BONUS DRILLS when you complete the course. Plus you will gain immediate acess to our unique online training platform to back up your personal instruction or to directly help you to self learn. This 30 minute lesson is the ideal way to either experience the game for the first time or for you to fix a current swing issue in your game.
This 60 minute lesson is ideal for the keen junior golfer who is looking to work on a few aspects of their game. Also perfect for a first timer who is keen to see if they have what it takes to play!
